National best seller inspires insight beyond the norm
Recently, Chris Florence, CCIM with Crosby and Associates Inc., loaned me his book, "Who Moved My Cheese," by Spencer Johnson, M.D. I can’t thank him enough, because it gave me so much insight into the "moved cheese" situation that Realtors® are encountering today.
Both at the Florida Association of Realtors® and within our local network, Realtors® are lamenting sudden changes in the effectiveness of advertising, Web sites, contact programs, technology devices, computer programs, plus product absorption and price.
