Spring has finally made its way to Chicago and we welcome the longer days of sunlight and warmer temperatures. And so it is with this sense of renewed energy that we prepare for the NAR Governance Meetings in the nation’s Capital. There’s little doubt that the current economy and real estate market will be a topic of great discussion — across all market niches.
