Meeting Objective: To help agents understand where their time is being spent and to help them analyze and prioritize their tasks in a more profitable way.

Today’s Meeting: Explain to your group that good time-management skills are often overlooked as we go about our daily activities. Many real estate professionals do not understand the value of their time. One good way to help us be better stewards
of our time is to begin to look at how our time is being spent and whether our productivity is profitable or not.
