Help your agents keep their negotiations together

Isn’t it frustrating? Your agents FINALLY write or receive that offer they’ve been trying to generate for weeks only to have it shot down. Your agents try to plead their case, try to keep it together, but there’s resistance.

In today’s market, those who use the power of persistence will win.

It’s amazing to me the amount of apathy out there. I hear about it almost every day. On one hand, agents are hungry; they need the business. But on the other hand, they receive an offer, present it to the seller, and it’s rejected. Or a bump arises during an escrow and rather than navigate the challenge, the deal falls apart. What’s going on?
