Redefining Terms to Manage Leads Effectively
Leads, leads, leads.
They have been described as being "golden." At one time I may have agreed, but, today, I am taking a very different position on exactly what the term "lead" means.
Real estate professionals use the term "lead" as a noun. If you look the word up in Webster's Dictionary, no definition even comes close to the way we use this term in our industry. In real estate, we tend to use many terms that make no sense to others. Without proper definition and understanding by all parties, how can we be effective in our business plans, marketing, systems and budgeting?

I just took the new Technology Management course, and to simply say, ‘fantastic’ would be an understatement!
This course was everything I wanted in a technology-based course. The content was very well written and the instructor was full of enthusiasm. At the end of the second day, students actually stayed in the classroom well after the required time to ask and listen to additional questions!
Well worth every dollar! Thank you!
