Today's real estate market offers borrowers a wide variety of mortgage products from which to choose. As broker/owner, you must employ agents who are trained to understand their clients' goals when helping them with the purchase of their real estate.

Some basic questions agents may need to ask to help find a mortgage fit include: How long do you plan on living in this home? Will this be your primary residence? Do you plan on investing in more properties? Are you familiar with how you can leverage real estate to create wealth? Knowing the answers to these questions can help you and your clients understand which mortgage options work best.
