Enrich your crb membership…volunteer

Enrich your CRB membership experience by becoming a volunteer.

Work alongside your fellow members to hone your leadership skills and enhance the real estate industry. Meet new people, experience new ideas and work toward advancing the CRB Council.

The participation of volunteers helps the Council to continue to deliver essential learning, compelling experiences and powerful resources for all members. Lend your time and talents in 2008 and be part of a positive community of member-leaders. Participate in the Council and enjoy a rewarding and fun experience.

In order to serve or continue to serve on the Council's Board of Directors or any of its committees, subcommittees or task forces, all members must be in good standing with the Council (current year dues paid). Committee appointments are for terms of one year, unless otherwise indicated. Committee service officially begins on the first day of the annual meeting in November. Committees meet formally in November during the annual meeting and at the Midyear Governance Meetings each May. Attendance at both meetings in addition to any necessary conference calls is expected of Committee members. We invite you to volunteer for a committee. Download the "Commitment to Serve" form on the CRB Web site to volunteer.

Visit www.CRB.com in for details on volunteer opportunities for 2008.

Education with an Edge

For almost 40 years, the Council's leading-edge education has provided individuals with the tools, knowledge and skills to maximize productivity, increase profitability and remain competitive in a demanding marketplace.

Cultivate leadership and learning through your organization by bringing top management education to your area.

Do you have at least 20 people in your office, company, Chapter or geographic area, interested in learning about real estate business finance or office management? If so, consider purchasing a CRB Course and bringing it to your area. Traditional management topics are available in the areas of finance, marketing, office management and people management, as well as some one-day topics in generational marketing, risk management and mergers & acquisitions. The Purchasing Program offers an educationally rewarding and financially attractive alternative to help organizations provide ongoing education.
