Technology to Boost the Bottom Line

By John D. Mayfield, ABR, ABRM, CRB, e-PRO, GRI, Real Estate Business Magazine, February/March 2007

A Quick Look at Budget-Conscious Improvements

The great Vince Lombardi of the Green Bay Packers once said, "It is time for us all to stand and cheer for the doer, the achiever — the one who recognizes the challenge and does something about it."

Running a real estate office can be a tremendous challenge for the real estate broker, and incorporating new technology advances is not always an easy task. In the last 10 years technology has become a new element for the real estate broker to tackle. Some real estate brokers have been doers, embracing technology as a challenge and incorporating it in to their day-to-day businesses. Others have, unfortunately, fallen behind the curve and struggle with adapting to the new innovations. The good news is it's never too late to integrate technology tools to help your real estate firms grow and prosper.

Headshot

I just took the new Technology Management course, and to simply say, ‘fantastic’ would be an understatement!

This course was everything I wanted in a technology-based course. The content was very well written and the instructor was full of enthusiasm. At the end of the second day, students actually stayed in the classroom well after the required time to ask and listen to additional questions!

Well worth every dollar! Thank you!
