An "Assistant" Can Help Reach Clients, Organize Files and More

If there is anything that a sales associate needs more than time and talent, it's more time and more talent. Some of that talent, like it or not, has to be provided by others — a busy broker needs assistance and assistants to help keep clients happy and sales high.
But having a full-time staff assistant can be expensive, especially since brokers work weekends and holidays, when prospects are often most available. "In our industry, the competition is tight," acknowledges Phil Immel, broker with Prudential California Realty, Monarch Beach, Calif. "So anywhere you can be more cost effective will be a competitive advantage for you and your team."
