Ed is President of Benchmarks for Success, LTD., a corporation specializing in training programs in management, finance, communication skills and sales and a Council Master Instructor. He also served as the 1999 President of this Council.

Ed has more than twenty years of experience as a national teacher and trainer. He holds an MA degree in History from Chicago State University.
