2-day course, 3 CRB Credits

Business planning and implementation are fundamental aspects of any successful real estate company, especially the organization that depends on the contribution of others to achieve its expected business results. Real estate companies continuously deal with a mix of external challenges such as market dynamics, industry regulations and demographic variables coupled with the internal changes of managing people and maintaining a profitable business. An effective and meaningful business plan needs to consider all of these factors and then, guided by the company’s values and vision, deploy the plan so that those executing the plan are positioned to optimize their contribution. The design of the two-day program provides you with a process for developing a strategic business plan and guidelines for implementing the plan. In addition, you will have the opportunity to examine a variety of business models, evaluate the impact of internal and external influences and develop change strategies to meet the requirements of the new business environment. The course is structured to help you understand the planning and implementation process and apply them to real world situations. As you progress through the program, you will learn business planning in a meaningful sequence; and, at the conclusion of each of module, construct a key part of their individual business plan.
