Bonnie Sparks-Gray began her real estate career in Iowa in 1976. Throughout her career she has been involved in real estate sales and management as well as real estate training, education and consultation. Currently she is President of the Real Estate Brokerage Division of Mel Foster Company, the largest independently-owned brokerage company in the state of Iowa and the fourth largest in Illinois.

She is also owner of Bonnie Sparks Seminars of Bettendorf, Iowa and a Master Instructor for the CRB Council. Prior to joining Mel Foster, she was Vice President of Ruhl & Ruhl REALTORS®, Inc., a full service brokerage firm serving the entire Quad City area and was Director of Education for Midwest Educational Institute, a real estate school that is a division of Ruhl & Ruhl. Bonnie has over 28 years of real estate experience.

She was named the 1993 National Association of REALTORS® Educator of the Year and the 1994 REALTOR® of the Year for the state of Iowa. She is involved on various committees within the Council and the real estate industry and volunteers her time locally and nationally. Additionally, Bonnie has been involved in course development and contributing articles to various real estate outlets.

Experience Bonnie has taught communications classes at both the high school and college levels. She brings that experience with her, as well as her personal sales and management experiences that electrically charge her presentations for Bonnie Sparks Seminars. Philosophy One key to Bonnie's high-voltage teaching success is class involvement. Whether as a sought after instructor for many Associations of REALTORS® presenting continuing education or GRI sessions, as a National Certified Professional Standards Instructor, as an ABR/ABRM senior instructor for the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, or as a prominent national motivational, training and convention speaker, those attending can plan on participating. A noted management consultant, Bonnie presents a dynamic approach to preventing problems within an organization. In 1993, Bonnie was named Educator of the Year by the National Association of REALTORS® and in 1994 was named "REALTOR of the Year" by the Iowa Association of REALTORS®. Education Bonnie holds a Master of Arts degree in Speech Education from the University of Iowa and is a lifelong resident of Iowa.
